Question

When do we need to book the hotel by?

Answer

Marriott needs to be booked by August 11th at 5 pm ET. DoubleTree by Hilton needs to be booked by August 1st.

What time should we get to the farm?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony (3:45 pm) so you have enough time to walk through the Carriage House and pick up an Arnold Palmer or Cucumber Water before the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the farm?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle bus will arrive at the Marriott (pick up is on Vine Street) at 3 PM and 3:15 PM. The shuttle will arrive at the Double Tree by Hilton at 3:15 PM.

Are we allowed to Uber to the farm?

Answer

Per our venue - Ubers, Lyft, and taxi services are strongly discouraged due to the hazard they create with the one-way lane and the liability it creates having guests waiting for the service to arrive at the end of the event. However, you may Uber to the venue and most likely take the shuttle bus back to town.

Is there parking at the farm?

Answer

Yes, parking is provided on-site. Eagles Ridge provides parking attendant(s) and a manned golf cart for guests who need assistance. Guests will be directed to the proper parking locations by attendants as they arrive. If you drive, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. Vehicles may not be left overnight.
