Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Fields at Skycrest venue, 195 Skycrest Lane, Cleveland, NC. The ceremony will begin at 4pm, so we request that you arrive with enough time to be seated. The cocktail hour, then reception will follow directly after and will continue until 10pm.
We will open the 'RSVP' tab a little closer to when we send invitations. To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab and type your name(s), then follow the prompts. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, May 17th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones, unless it is specifically indicated. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we were unable to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time, and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
We request that guests follow a cocktail attire, wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks.

There is a large gravel lot next to the venue, and paved handicap parking is available.
We have not planned for a shuttle from the venue; however, we will update this if we feel it is necessary.
Yes, the venue will allow you to leave you vehicle they just request that you pick it up by noon the following day.
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of beef, chicken, vegetable dishes and salad. Dietary restrictions can be accomodated upon request within the RSVP tab.
We will be able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with an alternative entree. Please be sure to list your restrictions when you RSVP so that we can have the caterer prepare the correct number/type of meals.
Yes, the Hilton Garden Inn has provided a space in the lobby with games, karaoke, and more activities, as well as a cash bar until 2am. This will begin around 10:30pm following the reception.
