When Should I RSVP By?

Please RSVP by March 1, 2025. While we understand this is well ahead of our special day, we are working with a variety of vendors that require an accurate head count.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi Formal / Garden Party. Please dress up with us for this occasion. Please note that Oregon weather is always unpredictable, and our reception and ceremony will take place outside. Check the weather forecast frequently and pack/ dress accordingly.

Food & Alcohol?

We will have an open bar serving beer & wine. Food will be provided in a buffet style. Casa Amiga "all you can eat" tacos.

Parking/Transportation

Answer

If venue parking becomes limited, there is free public parking throughout Jacksonville. If you require an accessible parking space, please reach out to the bride and groom beforehand.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are lodging options that will meet every budget. We will not be providing hotel blocks, or any other lodging options. Please plan accordingly. We can provide lodging suggestions upon request!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please send any dietary restrictions to the bride and groom as early as possible, we cannot guarantee accommodations, but outside food and drink are welcome if needed.
