Klyde Warren Park
An award winning park, was constructed over a highway to bridge Downtown with Uptown and sparked the redevelopment of the urban core. Every day there is a wide selection of food trucks during lunch, events at night, and a stop on the Uptown Trolley line! In December, the park will be lit up for Christmas!
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza
This is the JFK museum located in downtown Dallas. It walks you through JFK's presidency and up until his untimely death. You can also visit the grassy knoll across the street which is where JFK was shot. One of the best museum's we've been to!
The Eye
Interesting tourist attraction, great for the Gram.
Midnight Rambler
Cool speakeasy inside of the Joule (across from the eyeball).
The Statler Dallas
Cool hotel with great rooftop bar, bowling alley and a speakeasy! Supposedly where JFK "boinked" Marilyn Monroe.
Spice In The City
Our favorite Indian restaurant while living downtown. Naveen (the owner) was on Guy's Grocery Games! Our favorite dishes are: paneer tikka masala, lamb keema and the shrimp & grits.
The Crafty Irishman Public House
When we lived downtown, we used to go here all the time. Great beer and Irish food.
Farmers Market
Similar to the Public Market for you Milwaukee folks.
Armoury D.E.
One of our favorite cocktail bars in the vibrant & historic district of Deep Ellum!
Pecan Lodge
Meghan is obsessed with their fried okra and mac & cheese. Oh yeah, their BBQ is pretty good too.
Truck Yard
Our favorite outdoor patio & Philly cheesesteaks. Sometimes they have live music on Friday's.

Addicting AF. Favorites: shiitaki mushrooms & bone marrow dipping sauce, dry garlic and the tonkotsu
The Alcove
This is our favorite hideout in the Uptown Neighborhood! This coffee/wine/beer bar is a hoot and a holler to pass the time at! Bring the dogs and sit outside!
State & Allen
Probably our favorite restaurant, because of how often we frequent this establishment.
Spiral Diner & Bakery
FOR THE VEGANS (all two of you). Their pancakes are bomb. Located right off the southern streetcar line.
Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Cedars
Our favorite movie theater for their quirky personality. Rooftop bar with a great view of the city.
