It was an EPIC engagement moment in a peaceful place that Laura and Nick already have visited called Ranson Canyon in Lubbock, TX. It was a total surprise for Laura on her birthday.
How We Met?
We met in a class at Texas Tech University during our first year as Ph.D. students. Nick said It was love at first sight. Their first official meeting was in the library while they were working on their projects about wind energy systems. On this day Laura shared with Nick her story about how she got to Lubbock, TX, and then Nick did the same.
