Who would’ve thought that the random person you matched with on Tinder would turn out to be your best friend & partner for the rest of your life? Andrew & Lisa matched on Tinder in September 2016 and eventually had a date, simply hanging out at Lisa’s house & talked for hours. They completely hit it off the first night! Their second date consisted of Andrew offering to come help re-roof Lisa’s house in town.. what a guy! About a month later they made it official & have been living their best lives ever since. Andrew was living in Clarkfield & Lisa was living in Redwood Falls, but even with the distance, they managed for their love to grow!

When Andrew & Lisa decided to take the next step in their relationship, they started looking for a home where they could build their lives together. At the time, Lisa lived in Redwood Falls & Andrew lived in Clarkfield. After a long process of trying to find a home that would be perfect for us, (with tons of help from Brent Prouty) in April of 2017 we had our offer accepted on an acreage between Jackpot Junction & Gilfillan Farms, contingent sale of Andrew’s home. Long story short.. on September 21, 2017, we spent our first night together in our new home. We have been loving this journey together & so happy to be building these memories in our forever home!

Andrew asked Lisa to have a date night on a random Monday evening. We had decided on dinner at Duffy’s. Lisa had absolutely no idea the night that was planned for them. Thankfully, Lisa’s parents did know about it & Sue, Lisa’s mom, talked her into cleaning up & getting herself ready for her date night. We went to stop at the Falls (Lisa’s favorite spot) before dinner. We walked down to look at the water, where we stood & talked. A few minutes later, Andrew was down on one knee giving a special speech & had a beautiful ring out. Lisa was in complete shock, but of course, said YES!! Andrew had it all planned out & had Beth Hoffmann photograph the whole thing & take some fun shots after the proposal as well. (Major brownie points for Andrew!) After we went down to dinner at Duffy’s, where both of our parents where waiting for us (another surprise). On April 23, 2018 Lisa & Andrew became engaged & were so excited for their next steps in life! ♥️💍
