This is an island formal attire event. We will be on grass so maybe avoid wearing heels.
The Ceremony will take place in the outer basin at Burton Island State Park. The island is only accessible by boat or ferry. If you have a boat, please consider arriving in that vessel, as the ferry has limited space. If you plan to travel by ferry, please go to Killkare State Park at 2714 Hathaway Point Road, St. Albans, Vermont. The ferry departs to Burton at 9:00 a.m, 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. only. The ferry back to Killkare State Park leaves Burton at 3:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. (the last ferry back to killkare). There will be light food, games, speeches and dancing to follow, please BYOB as there will be limited beverages. If you'd like to sit for the brief ceremony please consider bringing a chair.
3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
This is a 1920's themed event.
Parking for the train is located at 1 Main or on street parking. You will need to pay for parking. We will board the train at the train station located at 1 Main at 4 p.m. All aboard will be at 4:30 p.m. and we will take off towards Middlebury. We will arrive back at 8 p.m. Dinner, drinks, dancing and a photobooth will be on the train. We will then go to Spot on the Dock for desert and an after party until 10 p.m.

We will be continuing the celebration at Spot on the Dock immediately following the reception on the train. There will be dessert & drinks!
