God's timing is powerful and was the reason these two were able to find each other in the right moment. With the pandemic making Baron look for a new job which took him all the way across the country, and Ashton on the hunt for a new job while studying in college. They found themselves meeting at Cirrus Aircraft on her first day of work. He describes it as "love at first sight" when he found himself making any excuse to stop by her desk and get to know her. Their connection was instant. Their first date was filled with tacos, movies, ice cream, and hours of getting to know one another other. In a mere couple dates these two knew things about each other and acted in a such a way that most take years to get too. They couldn't get enough of each other. It wasn't long after that marriage was in the discussion and that they both found their happily ever after.

On their first anniversary, they traveled to San Diego for a fun relaxing week of celebrating. After a romantic dinner at the harbor, they found themselves on a sailboat cruise at sunset. Right as the sun was setting, they walked to the front of the boat for pictures. Ashton looked over and Baron was down on one knee. She immediately cried while saying "YES," and they were engaged!
