Hotel
Reservations may be made through the "View" link below or by phone, and if you call to book your reservation please identify yourself as part of the Vogel Vitz WRB group. All room reservations must be secured by September 3rd to be included in the room block at the discounted group rate. If any reservation issues arise- please contact Nicole or Greg immediately so we can ensure enough rooms have been reserved. Please note: Due to high hotel occupancy that weekend, early check-in will not be available
Travel Note
There will be one shuttle bus from the hotel to the Cylburn Arboretum at 5pm. Shuttle services will also be provided for return to the hotel from the reception. There will be free parking at the wedding venue if you opt to drive. Parking at the hotel will be $12/day (able to come/go as needed).
