* BYO-Sunscreen – Don't get toasted, resort prices will burn a hole in your pockets faster than the 90 degree weather! *Don't Get Scammed – Avoid vacation timeshare salesmen, just say NO! It's just another way to get burned. *BOY hair conditioner – this is not provided at the resort, so bring if you need. Leave the flyaways to your plane pilot *Hyatt Inclusive App – Download for the down low! Not required, but gives you convenient access to resort information such as daily activities, maps, menus, etc. It also allows you to request room service, reservations, or special amenities.

Do I have to book via your travel agent?

We ask that everyone please book hotel through our personal TripGuy travel website, as they guarantee best prices and are contracted to ensure our group needs are provided for. You have the option to use them to help with booking flights, airport transfers, and excursions as well.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Sí, for non-mexican citizens! Passport renewals can take between 8-12 weeks. For expedited processing, we've previously used VisaHQ. (Good news is, you do not need a visa)

When should we arrive?

Our room block requires a minimum 3-night stay to receive group rates & benefits, but we'll be there all week – and the more time with our favorite people, the better!

We shared a hotel in Istanbul with some internationally wanted hitmen, so 'safe' to us is subjective... But to be fair, we wondered the same. After our pre-wedding visit in August, we got nothin' but breezy boho-chic vibes.
