When Do I Need to RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sept. 1st using the RSVP tab through this website. If we do not receive your RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: sportscoats, suits and cocktails dresses/attire are all welcome! Please refrain from wearing shades of sage green if possible, as this color will be worn by the bridal party. We recommend you bring a jacket or shawl as it will be chilly when the sun sets.

Is the Event Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the outdoor sunken garden at Park Winters. The cocktail hour will also be outdoors while dinner and dancing will take place inside the event barn. We recommend you bring a jacket for the cool November weather.

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Where Can I Park?

There will be free parking for guests available upon arrival at Park Winters.

Can We Bring the Kids?

The wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only occasions.

What Time Should I Arrive On The Day Of The Wedding?

Answer

Guest arrival is open from 3:30-3:45. At 3:45 venue staff will help escort folks to the ceremony area. Parking is on site so please allow time for you and your party to park and mingle in the welcome area.
