You will be receiving an evite if you are invited to the ceremony and reception. We are having only family at the ceremony and reception.

Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID-19?

Answer

Yes! We have guests joining us who are at high risk for illness or are too young for the vaccine. For the safety of everyone, we ask those attending who can be vaccinated, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to John or Vikki

Is the ceremony and reception outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at Flora Rooftop Bar on the 6th floor of the AC Hotel. The majority of the rooftop bar is outside. The after party at the AC Lounge is also at the AC Hotel and the lounge is all outside.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

11:15am. We asks that guests arrive between 11:00 and 11:15am as our ceremony will be informal and quick.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a parking structure at the AC Hotel. For Saturday, there will be complimentary self-parking and discounted valet parking for $10.

The event is so soon and we won't be able to make it! How else can we celebrate with you?

We will be having a larger reception at a later date! Those attending this event and others will be invited. :)
