How do I catch the shuttle to the Wedding?
Answer
There will be one shuttle picking up at The Ridgeline Hotel (now called the Holiday Inn Estes Park-you cannot park at this hotel unless you are staying there). The other shuttle pickup location will be at the Estes Park Visitors Center (you can park there, but since it’s a holiday weekend I’m not sure how busy the parking will be). After the wedding the shuttle will take guests back to town, the Ridgeline (Holiday Inn Estes Park) or to the after party at Wheel Bar. Please keep in mind if you take the shuttle to the after party it stops running after that, so you will have to walk home from Wheel Bar! There are no Ubers or Lyfts in Estes Park. There are more details in the email we sent out, but the shuttle pickup times are below: Shuttle Pickup Schedule * 3:10 PM: Picks up at Estes Park Visitors Center, departs promptly at 3:15pm * 3:20 PM: Picks up at the Ridgeline Hotel (aka Holiday Inn Estes Park), departs for the venue promptly at 3:25pm

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire. July is usually a sunny and beautiful month, but the weather in Colorado has a mind of its own. It will likely be warm, but Estes Park will be a bit cooler than Denver so keep an eye on the forecast!! Storms can appear out of nowhere in the mountains, so also pack a raincoat and/or light jacket just in case! The ceremony is planned to be outside but can be moved inside if necessary. We will keep you all in the loop if the weather isn't cooperating.

What should I know about the altitude?
Answer
While some feel nothing at all, the altitude in Colorado can have some negative side effects. Denver is about 5,500 feet above sea-level and Wild Basin Lodge is at 8,310 feet. The side effects can range from a headache to dizziness to dehydration. Please take it easy on yourself, drink lots and lots of water, and know that alcohol can hit a little quicker.

Are children invited?
Answer
As much as we both love children, we are unable to include them at the wedding. Unless they are specified on the invitation, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for child care and enjoy your night off! They are very welcome if there are Thursday and Saturday activities.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, Wild Basin Lodge has plenty of parking! You are able to leave your car overnight and pick it up the next morning by 11:30am.
