Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, you can find it under the registry tab. We are still setting up our new home, but we've put together a list of things to help us settle into our new life together.

Can I get something monogramed?

Answer

While we appreciate the thoughtfulness, the bride and groom will each be keeping their current last names, so no monogrammed items please.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding is Cocktail attire, meaning tea-length, knee-length, or midi dresses. Suits preferred. Still unsure? Check out - https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

In May, the Philadelphia area has an average high of 75° F and low of 57° F. Fingers crossed for sun!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, however, the seating area is completely covered in case of inclement weather. If it is truly storming, we'll move the ceremony inside.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

The AC Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn are within walking distance. If you are staying at the Fairfield Inn, we will provide transportation to and from the wedding venue. This shuttle will also swing by the Hilton Garden Inn for those who prefer not to walk.

What time should I arrive to The Ivy?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:30 pm to find parking and a seat. Once the ceremony begins at 5 pm, we'll request that any latecomers meet us at cocktail hour starting at 5:30 pm to avoid disruptions.

What can I expect at the after party?

Answer

The after-party will be held in the bar area right outside the reception space. There will be a DJ as well as cheesesteaks and late-night snacks. Hotel buses will be running on a loop from 10:30 pm - 1 am so you can stay for as long as you'd like.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving a variety of hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. You are to select your choice of meal when you RSVP.

What if I want to Change my Meal Selection?

Answer

If you would like to change your choice for dinner, please feel free to reach out directly to Victoria or Wills. Meal options will be locked on May 1 once RSVPs are due, so please be sure to update prior to that date.

What if I Didn't RSVP in Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (May 1), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We'll miss celebrating with you but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your kids, this is an adult-only affair.

Am I Allowed to Bring a Plus One?

Answer

All invited guests have been included on the wedding invitations. If you believe we may have missed a plus one, please let us know!
