Shuttle
Shuttle To Wedding Ceremony and Reception

A shuttle will be available to those staying at the hotel. The shuttle will be departing Cypress Bayou Hotel promptly at 5:45 PM to bring guests to Church of the Assumption for the Ceremony. The shuttle will then bring guests to Arlington Mansion for the Reception. Please utilize this provided shuttle as there is no parking available at Arlington Mansion. Shuttles will return to the hotel from the reception at the the following times: - 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM - 12:45 AM (When the Reception ends) Thank you for your cooperation.

GUEST PARKING
We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with you on Saturday, January 20th, and we couldn’t be more honored by the outpouring of support and attendance! We are going to be so surrounded by so much love! We have a couple messages we want to relay to make sure our large group movement runs smoothly. Please plan to park at or near the Church of the Assumption prior to our 6:30pm ceremony, and arrive early for optimal parking. You have permission to park at Church itself, street parking nearby, Ibert's Funeral home, St. Mary Parish Library, Franklin United Methodist Church, St. John Elementary and adjacent parking next door. Once you park your vehicle, it will remain there until you are shuttled back during or at the end of the reception as we will not have access to any parking at Arlington Mansion. We have coordinated bus transportation that will take you from the Ceremony at Church of the Assumption to Arlington Mansion for the Reception. Shuttles will be available throughout the night to return you to your vehicles.

WEATHER
We still plan to have the best time at our garden wedding under our tents even if it’s raining or cold, but we will rely on you to please bring your own umbrellas to get on and off of the buses if it will be raining. Our reception will be in a beautiful garden with grass and brick pavers, plan your shoes and attire accordingly.
