Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi Formal/Dressy Casual clothing. Please be aware of Nevada’s cool temperatures in the evening, because of this, we highly recommend dressing warm and/or bringing a jacket. Additionally, the outside of the venue is brick and wood chips. Ladies, please consider this when choosing shoes. If you’d like to color coordinate, the wedding colors are sage green, terracotta, cream, browns/tans, copper, gold. Our style theme is Boho-Rustic.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding with me?

Answer

We know how fun it is to bring a plus one! Unfortunately, because this is a pay per person event, unless the name is specified on the RSVP section, we cannot accommodate additional guests.

If I don’t RSVP by the deadline, may I still attend the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately No. Our apologies, but our final RSVP to our caterers is on September 14, 2022. If you have not RSVP’d before then, you will not be able to attend the reception. All planning is based on a final head count which will be comprised of those who have RSVP’d by the deadline.

What if I RSVP’d but I can’t come after all?

Answer

We understand things happen. If you’ve RSVP’d and cannot make it (even at the last minute) please notify us ASAP. If it’s within the 10 days before, then we’ve already paid for your reservation. By letting us know, that enables us to open up your spot to another guest. Please do not cancel until you’re 100% sure. Once we give someone your spot, we will not be able to open up another spot for you to attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If it is your child and you already RSPV'd for them, then absolutely, yes! We apologize, but they may not bring a friend along. That being said, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to come for a kid-free evening, "let your hair down” and celebrate with us!

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes! It is #onceuponagreen because he’s my “Once upon a dream” 🥰 Please tag any wedding photos you take to this hashtag on Instagram and/or Facebook. This way, we can access all of the photos taken on our special day!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No, we are not registered at any stores or websites. Because we have joined our two households, we have everything we need. However, we have set up a honeymoon fund. Any monetary donations made towards this fund will be greatly appreciated. You can find this option under the “Honeymoon Registry” tab. There will also be a “gift box” at our wedding for cards if you wish to do that instead. Thank you in advance for your generosity as we begin our life together!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should start arriving at 3:30 pm to ensure they have a good seat for the ceremony, which starts promptly at 4:00 pm.

What food will be served at the reception?

Answer

*APPETIZER Antipasto Platter *SALAD Mixed Green Salad with a choice or ranch or red wine vinaigrette *ENTREE BBQ Tri-Tip & Mesquite Roasted Chicken each served with Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Savory Baked Beans, and Homestyle Cornbread and Butter *DESSERT Specialty Dessert Bar

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a specialty “His” and “Hers” cocktail to share with our guests. There will beer and wine choices available, as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue. It is self parking with no markers in a dirt/grassy field, so please do your best to park in line with others as to best utilize space.

Will there be ADA accessibility?

Answer

Yes, There are 2 ADA parking spots available. If they’re already occupied, you can be dropped off at the exact ceremony spot and your car parked in the regular parking lot if needed. Please just let someone know and we’ll get you taken care of. There is a ADA porta potty as well. There are no steps leading to the ceremony and reception areas. There are a few short steps leading into the barn where the food will be served. If you feel you are unable to walk up those steps, please notify a server so we can get your food brought to you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation provided.
