Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a main gravel lot located directly outside the venue. Once the main gravel lot is filled guests can park around the building and on the side of the driveway. If you have any issues staff is available to help coordinate parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/ cocktail attire

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have made sure to list each individual whom we have invited on your invitations. We have a limited and set amount of guests we are able to accommodate for. If there is someone you would like to bring, who is not included on the invitation please speak to the bride or groom for permission. Unfortunately there may not be an opening for extra people so we do apologize and hope you understand.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have included everyone’s children on the invitations. If they aren’t please let us know so we can make the proper adjustments!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors as weather permits.

What should we do if we can’t make it?

Answer

If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to take pictures and post them to social media. (with the exception of the ceremony. We would like an unplugged ceremony) Our only request is that you share them with us.

Does your venue have a smoking/ vaping policy?

Answer

There is no smoking or vaping allowed on our venues property.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will not be providing alcohol but you may byob. We do ask that you be responsible if you choose to and we will be serving non alcoholic drink options for toasts and at dinner.

If we are coming out of town where should we stay?

Answer

We have a couple hotels listed on our website under “travel” otherwise we would be happy to give other recommendations!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 2:00pm so we do request for everyone to arrive 15-20 minutes before it starts so we can avoid any interruptions when the ceremony begins.
