First Beach / Easton's Beach is right at the base of the Cliff Walk on Memorial Boulevard. Enjoy the 1950's carousel and food concession area - be sure to try their famous lobster roll! Atlantic Beach Club at the end of the beach has an outdoor restaurant and patio bar.
Mission Burger
401-619-5560 This popular city eatery has a faithful following, and it's no wonder after trying their in-house ground burgers & dogs, falafel, craft beers and hand cut fries. The space is small and the fare is standard, but the "simplicity is key" concept really applies here once you taste how plain good their food is at this quality burger joint.
Second Beach / Sachuest Beach
Known for it's waves, this beach is perfect for surfers! It also abuts the Norman Bird Sanctuary & Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge. There is also access to a snack bar & restrooms.
Thames Street Kitchen
A downtown kitchen and bar focusing on local and seasonal ingredients, when available. A creative blend of classic riffs and unique infusions. Spotlighting bar sustainability, accompanied by an eclectic wine program.
Third Beach / Peabody Beach
Calmer waters, great for a relaxing day in the sun! Set in a cove, there's a small surf with just the right wind for windsurfing and kites. Great for families too!

Serving up the food we love to make and eat, think of the menu like our greatest hits from the last ten years in the business—so playful takes on New England classics like a brown butter lobster roll with trout roe. Locally sourced ingredients and unique cooking styles.
Rejects Beach
A local favorite located "off the beaten path" at the intersection of Bellevue Avenue and Ocean Drive. A great place to relax and watch the surf.

Gooseberry Beach

Tickets are available at each location.

This refuge is one of five national wildlife refuges in Rhode Island. About 200 million years ago, when the supercontinent Pangaea split, Africa left traces of itself along the shores of Sachuest Point creating the Price Neck Formation.

The Jamestown Newport Ferry transports riders between Jamestown Village and Newport. This Hop-On Hop-Off service makes five stops—Jamestown, Rose Island Lighthouse, Fort Adams, Ann Street Pier and Perrotti Park.
