We know the last minute venue change may change travel arrangements for some of you and we do apologize for that. Thankfully our new hotel has been very accommodating and has allowed us to book until Friday Oct 4th. If you do need a hotel room please do not wait and book as soon as possible. Please use the link below to book within our block at the discounted rate. (Please note we have the block for Thursday the 17th and Friday the 18th. When you go to book a room it will default to a 2 night reservation. If you are only staying Friday the 18th, make sure once you click the link and then click Book a Room, you edit stay to only 1 night on the top of the page) Shuttle service to and from the venue will be provided for guests.
