I am staying at the hotel, do I have to drive?

Answer

Have no fear, the shuttle is here! Guests who are staying overnight at the hotel Best Western of Fairfield will have a free shuttle that brings you to and from the venue. That means no designated driver necessary!

Will children be attending the wedding?

Answer

Besides the ring bearer and flower girls who will be taking part in our wedding, in order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only (16+) occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We would love to invite an infinite amount of guests but we kindly ask to adhere to the invitations that will be sent out regarding who it is addressed to. If you have further question don't hesitate to reach out to Victoria or Christopher

What can I do after the ceremony?

Answer

Getting ready to PARTY and CELEBRATE won't start just yet, even though we know you're anxious to get started! Please note: It is a 40 minute drive to Valley Regency, and a 20 minute drive to the hotel from St. Vincent Martyr Church. After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos as well as travel time to the venue. These are a few recommendations for time spent between the ceremony and reception: 1) Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30 pm. If you happen to arrive early there will be a lounge area open for guests pre-cocktail hour. 2) Those who are staying overnight at the hotel can check in before the reception and then head over to the shuttle bus outside the lobby to be taken to the venue! 3) There is a bar/lounge at the Best Western of Fairfield, where our hotel block is located, that is open for public use. 4) Visit the town of Madison, NJ located down the road from the ceremony at St. Vincent Martyr Church. You will find shops, restaurants and bars. 4) Visit a nearby park: Main Memorial Park located at 1395 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home at Amazon, Macys and Target
