It all started in an airport. We were on the way to San Francisco to attend a seminar. It was early in the morning, before the plane began to board, when Erin tried talking to this guy with his hood up and headphones on. This guy was Jesse. She was chipper, energetic, and full of life. He wanted nothing to do with the situation - instead, he complained about how Frontier airlines does not have reclining chairs. He had no idea who he just met. The two continued on their adventure and began to discuss different places they both wanted to visit during their first ever trip to San Francisco. They then began to talk about what they wanted out of life and their future chiropractic practice. They quickly realized they visioned the same exact life. Jesse realized the treasure that Erin was. Then, “the moment” happened. While visiting Pier 39, Jesse and Erin were talking outside of a gift shop on a Sunday afternoon when Erin began to get numerous text messages all at once. “Y’all deserved that!” “OMG I cant believe that happened!!” You see, the MInnesota Vikings were playing against the New Orleans Saints in the NFC Divisional game. Erin, being a huge Vikings fan, was disappointed that they were going to lose the game. Jesse checked ESPN as Erin was getting these texts and said “Stephon Diggs just caught a 60+ yard pass for a TD! The game is over! They won!!!” Without a second thought, Erin immediately jumped into the air and right into Jesse’s arms. He knew that she was something he never wanted to let go of. The rest, is history.
