The Siena at Bella Collina is a Bella Collina property and is only a short drive to The Club At Bella Collina where the wedding will take place. We have 16 condos blocked for the wedding, Note: Your actual rate will depend on the quantity of rooms booked: Sunday - Wednesday QTY BOOKED 2BD 2BA 3BD 3BA 4 - 9 $279 $309 10 - 15 $269 $299 16+ $259 $289 Thursday - Saturday QTY BOOKED 2BD 2BA 3BD 3BA 4 - 9 $329 $359 10 - 15 $319 $349 16+ $309 $339 Credit card required to secure booking. • All condos in the block must have a booked reservation with a one-night room/tax deposit by the contracted release date (120 days April 4, 2023) • Condos with no deposit will be released to open inventory where they will be available to the public at the best available rate. • Guests must call to reserve under the block by mentioning the name and date of the event. • Condos booked outside of block parameters will be sold at the best available rate. • Contracted rates cannot be combined with additional promotions. • Once guests book under block, the reservation is treated as a standard reservation. Guests may cancel up to one week prior to the arrival date. • If the event is rescheduled, each guest must call individually to move their reservation. Availability is not guaranteed. Rooms are booked on a 1st come 1st serve basis. • Check in is at 4:00pm and Check out at 10:00 am. • 2 night minimum reservations for all event blocks • There are ten 2 bedroom condos and six 3 bedroom condos in our block.

We do not have a block at this hotel. We have stayed at this hotel. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The hotel is clean and rooms are cleaned daily, which is rare since Covid and staffing shortages at some hotels.
