Granada is a Nicaraguan city on the shores of Lake Nicaragua. It’s home to multiple Spanish colonial landmarks that have survived repeated pirate invasions. The city’s main plaza, Central Park, is dominated by the colorful, neoclassical facade of the Cathedral of Granada, originally dating to 1583.
Beautiful national reserve, great place and tour guides. Food and coffee shop is good too. The views in the top are great and you can see the Granada little islands and the Nicaraguan Lake. Recommended to go for the day trip!
Great place to spend a couple hours on a boat touring the islands. See interesting historical sites and enjoy the views! Make sure to see the old fort and the monkeys!

Admire the beautiful sunset on the hills before the eary red glowing starts. Explore the surrounding volcanic hills of straw and gray volcanic ground. Just beware of the smell.
León is a city in western Nicaragua. The massive León Cathedral combines baroque and neoclassical architecture. Nearby, the Centro de Arte Fundación Ortiz-Gurdián, in 2 colonial-era houses, is notable for its collection of Latin American and European contemporary art.
