Which hotel do I stay at?

Answer

The hotel Vanessa and Herzen will be staying at is Hotel Xcaret Arte. This is the newest hotel in Grupo Xcaret and that is where the majority of the guests will be staying. If you are bringing along little ones, we recommend you stay in the sister hotel, Hotel Xcaret Mexico, since Hotel Xcaret Arte is adults only. For a more economical option, Hotel Occidental is your best bet.

What day do I fly in / fly out?

Answer

We recommend you fly in by Friday August 27th in the morning and fly out on Monday August 30th.

What do I wear?

Answer

The attire for the ceremony and reception is tropical formal. Gowns and suits are welcome, but guayaberas and linen are encouraged. Women should wear long tropical formal dresses.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 15th, 2021.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you're staying in Hotel Xcaret Mexico or Hotel Xcaret Arte, the transportation will be included. However, if you choose to stay somewhere else please be aware that we will not be providing transportation.
