Yes, it means the world to us that you are able to join us for our Special Day and have your children with you to celebrate! We look forward to having them help the dance floor be full also!

Yes, it means the world to us that you are able to celebrate our marriage, we know bringing a friend or date is enjoyable!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

November 15th, 2022. We understand everyone gets busy and distracted so if we don’t get your rsvp by that day, we may reach out to you to confirm that you aren’t able to make it and didn’t just get too busy to put that you are joining us.

Our deepest apologizes that we missed your name. Please reach out to us so we can add you or call Gerald Miller at 701-572-8944. This will help with seating chart and food count. We are so glad you are able to celebrate with us!

The ceremony will be on the second floor gymnasium of The Raymond Center. There are stairs as well as an elevator.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

We have listed a few hotels as suggestions. However, we haven’t done a room block as we want our out of town guests to choose the Hotel or Airbnb preference they prefer.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

With people staying where they prefer we are not doing a shuttle. However there are taxi cab services or car rentals.

What should I wear?

You are welcome to dress in a suit and semi-casual dress or if you prefer more casual, we understand that also. We are blessed that you are able to celebrate with us.

Great question, the weather from Dec 21st, 2021 was a high of 14°F, the weather from Dec 21st, 2020 was a high of 37°F. It’s hard to say what the temperature will be.

What time should we arrive?

Plan to arrive around 4:30pm, as we are aiming for a 5pm start time.

There is a big parking lot in front of the building.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Of course!! We are so grateful you are able to celebrate with us and want you to be able to capture the moment and express your excitement.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will have the ushers guide each row out to hug us and take a picture with us. We have been to so many weddings and sometimes don’t get a chance to get a picture with the Bride and Groom. We want to make sure we get a picture with each of you! We will have a hot chocolate bar and snacks while the bridal party and family take group pictures.

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

We are working on those details, please check back. Please list any food allergies or restrictions on the rsvp page. We will be doing Buffet style.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

We have to be out by 1am, we may kill the music at 11pm or 12am. We understand it’s a weeknight, if you have to leave before 10pm we are so thankful you are able to celebrate with us!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your company, love, laughter and celebrating with us on our wedding day is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, we will gladly accept gifts and some have asked for gift suggestions, we are working on the gift registry for your convenience. Thank you for your patience.

Do you need help with anything?

It is not expected, however we know sometimes out of town guests, family and friends enjoy seeing the Bride and Groom more than just day of. We are doing set up the day before around 1pm and tear down the day after around 1pm. If you would like to stop by you are welcome.
