Flying into Asheville

It is recommended to find a flight to Asheville from your home airport, as this is the closest major city to the venue in Marion, NC. There are nonstop flights out of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Flights out of Orlando and Tampa generally have one stop in Charlotte and are around the same price as Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, but pick the airline and airport that is best for you.

Rental Car

Hertz Car Rental - Asheville Regional Airport

A rental car will be needed to travel to the wedding venue in Marion, NC (it is approximately 45 minutes away from central Asheville, 1 hour away from the Asheville Airport). We are currently in the process of getting a group discount rate with Hertz, so stay tuned for additional details before booking.

Accomodations

There are a number of places to stay between Asheville and Marion (the venue location), so the choice will be up to each guest. There are lots of activities in Asheville and we will likely go have fun in downtown afterwards. It is recommended to check in the night before the wedding on October 24th and depart October 26th. Here are some hotel recommendations in Asheville: *Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Asheville River Arts District (48 min to venue) *Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park (1 hr away from venue, close to the airport). *Courtyard Asheville Biltmore Village (43 min to venue) *Aloft Asheville Downtown (48 min to venue) It may also be beneficial to search on Airbnb to find the best deal.
