What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception are conveniently on the same property.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard area and our reception will be indoors in the ballroom.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Except for our Ring Bearer, we politely request no children at the reception to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about the little ones.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Feelin' HOT HOT HOT! Pleasanton in June is about 85 degrees on average, but don't worry—there will be plenty of drinks and areas to cool down.

What Should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is FREE and just steps away from Casa Real's entrance doors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a room block at the AC Hotel by Marriott Pleasanton, but other close by hotel options are available on our "Travel" tab for you. The AC Hotel is 15 minutes from our venue. Make sure to use our direct link! You must book your reservations before May 3rd, 2022 to use the "Preston & Urrutia Wedding Block" rate.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Of course! The entire property is flat with no stairs.

Will there be any vegan / vegetarian / gluten free / special diet options?

Answer

Yes, indeed. Bring your appetite!

Question

Will transportation be provided between to / from the hotel?

Answer

While transportation to and from the hotel will not be provided, guests are welcome to leave their cars parked at Casa Real on the night of the wedding (June 5th). We encourage our guests to utilize Uber or Lyft after a long night of drinks and dancing!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, guests are free to post pictures to their social media. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #UrrutiaEverAfter so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
