Welcome To Our Wedding

Tyler and Alex met like any modern day couple: online. Neither was blown away by the idea of getting to know someone virtually, so they quickly agreed to meet up for their first date at Silverlake Ramen. The date went...fine...except for the part where Alex thought Tyler wasn't interested in her at all because she kept her answers short and rushed away at the end, barely saying goodbye. But it turned out that Tyler was concealing a 102 degree fever because she didn't want to cancel the date and miss her chance with Alex. If this had happened during Covid, Alex would have ghosted Tyler for going on a date while sick, but luckily (for Tyler) it wasn't. Alex gave Tyler another shot, and after their next few dates and a spontaneous trip to Seattle they realized that they had something special. Five years and two apartments later, Tyler and Alex proposed to each other in May and June of 2021, respectively.
