In December 2014, we both attended the National Convention of Alpha Phi Omega, a service organization we were involved in during college. Although we only spent limited time together during that short weekend in Chicago, we continued to get to know each other over the long distance between Denver and Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our relationship flourished through life events and achievements like graduating from college and graduate school, and getting our first jobs. Deciding we couldn't be apart, Tyler moved to Denver, and now we're getting married!

We love to hike, and Roxborough State Park is one of our favorites. Katie thought we were just going on a typical Saturday morning hike, but Tyler had been planning it for months! He even enlisted our friend, Olivia, to join and take pictures. When Tyler knelt in our favorite place in the park, Katie was so surprised!
