We are more than happy to have your kiddos present!! Please make sure that you RSVP to indicate that they will be attending, and that you or someone in your party will be able to supervise them AT ALL TIMES while on the premises. The event staff/vendors are not babysitters, nor are the other guests at the party.
WRONG. There is absolutely no outside alcohol or illegal substances allowed at the wedding venue. What you do before or after you arrive is 100% in your discretion, but if you are found to have brought outside alcohol or illegal substances onto the venue premises, you will be immediately asked to leave.
There are two designated parking lots at the venue. There will be staff available to direct traffic to the appropriate parking spaces. Parking in front of the reception space is reserved solely for handicapped parking. Anyone without handicap designation clearly visible will be asked to move if parked in front of the reception space. There is no overnight parking, and all vehicles must vacate the venue premises at the end of the reception (9:00 P.M.) There is also no driving/parking in the grass. If it is not paved or gravel, it is not an appropriate place to be driving/parking. No exceptions.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas, and all waste must be properly disposed of. If you are seen smoking outside of the permitted areas, or improperly disposing of waste, you will be asked to leave.
Transportation to or from the venue will not be provided. It is each guest's responsibility to find a safe way home. Please plan how you will be getting to and from the venue, with alcohol consumption/a designated driver considered well in advance of the wedding.
Please do not show up to the venue more than 20 minutes early unless you have been personally contacted by the couple to help with setup/decorating. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late being seated at the ceremony, please only seat yourself if you can do so in the last row of the ceremony space. If the last row has no available seating, please stand in the back. This will help us avoid disturbances in the ceremony or any awkward pictures of late arrivals.
No. Respectfully, the couple has paid professionals to capture all the beauty and magic of the day and will share the photos with all loved ones once they have been edited. While we appreciate your wish to revel in the moment forever, the couple asks that you refrain from using any devices during the ceremony.
Tyler and Jorden have chosen to maintain their given surnames, so gifts to the couple can be addressed to "Tyler Murt and Jorden Crowe".
