What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm, so please plan accordingly and arrive no later than 4:00pm.

What is the dress attire/what should I wear?

Answer

Please dress semiformal, but don’t be afraid to add California country flair! Cowboy hats and boots encouraged!

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

The entire evening will be spent outdoors, some shade and sun coverage will be available

Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. If your children are not listed on your RSVP, then unfortunately they are not invited. Thank you for understanding!

What weather should I anticipate?

Answer

Moorpark during September is typically warm (80s and sunny) during the day and cooler (60s) throughout the evening and into the night.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Type into Google or Apple Maps “Walnut Grove Weddings, Moorpark, CA”. The entrance to the venue is shared with Underwood Farms. When entering, follow the GREEN signs that say Walnut Grove Weddings.

Question

Can people stay at the venue or leave their cars overnight?

Answer

You are not able to spend the night at the venue, however, you can leave your vehicles overnight to be picked up the next morning. Vehicles need to be picked up by 10AM the following morning after the event.
