Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

Answer

Travel insurance is optional. If you are unsure, please discuss it with our travel coordinator to determine the best option for you. If you do select travel insurance, if you need to cancel your travel plans for any reason prior to your originally scheduled departure time, you'll receive a refund or future travel credit (depending on the plan you purchase) with the exception of the cost of your insurance.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes, Sandos Finisterra is an all-inclusive resort with tons of restaurants onsite, bottomless drinks (wine, beer, champagne, tequila; just to name a few), and room service at no extra charge.

What days do I need to be available for wedding festivities?

Answer

We are requesting our wedding party to arrive in Cabo by 10 October 2024, and all other guests may also arrive on 10 October.

How long can I stay at the resort before/after the wedding?

Answer

The group rate requires a stay of at least three nights and no more than seven nights. Otherwise, we would love for you to stay as long as you’d like! We will be Honeymooning on site, with plans for a Mini-Moon at a later date, so don’t worry about crashing our party! We are looking forward to spending as much time as possible with our family and friends.

What dates are the Bride and Groom going to be at the resort?

We will arrive on October 8th and stay until October 16th.

When should I book my flights?

Answer

Our travel coordinator recommends that everyone book their flights separately as they see fit. The airport you will want to fly into is Cabo San Lucas International Airport.

Are there transportation options to and from the airport and resort?

Answer

Transportation to and from the Resort is included. Any other transportation outside of the resort will be your own incurred expense.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Our travel coordinator will compile a list of RSVPs as our guests book their travel accommodations. We will send an additional RSVP request with our official invitations closer to the event.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

We will be updating our wedding website with details and additional information as it becomes available to us. In the event of any major changes, we will communicate by email and/or text.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We are currently working with our events team to determine what food and drink options will be made available. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP as we want everyone to have the necessary options.

Can I bring my kids?

Sandos Finisterra is a kid and adult-friendly resort. We encourage to bring your family with you, or leave them at home!

What is the dress code?

For the ceremony and reception, we kindly request that all of our guests dress for the weather, but in a more Dressy Casual vibe.
