Fairfield Inn & Suites Stroudsburg Bartonsville/Poconos
We have reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for 8/22 and 8/23. The room rate is $199 per night plus tax. Parking is free and your reservation includes a free buffet hot breakfast. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Please use the provided link for booking or call the hotel directly and mention you are booking under the Foster McGilligan Wedding block. The hotel is 11 minutes from the wedding venue. The location is great - it is 13 mins from downtown East Stroudsburg, 10 mins from the Crossings Premium Outlets, and there are many wineries in the area too! Your room must be booked by July 13th. After this date the hotel will be releasing any remaining rooms to the general public for booking.

Shuttle from the Fairfield Inn to the Ceremony

A big yellow school bus will arrive to the hotel at 3:45 PM to pick up guests and bring them to the ceremony. The bus will depart the hotel promptly at 3:55 PM and will NOT be making another trip to the venue, so be sure to catch the bus when it arrives. At the end of the night, the shuttle will make 2 trips back to the hotel. The first trip back will be at the end of the reception at 11 PM and the second trip back to the hotel will be at 1 AM for anyone who wants to stick around for the afterparty at the mansion.
