On-site Camping

Everyone is welcome & encouraged to camp!! On-site space for camping with parking will be available for the whole weekend (11/09-11/12). There is no cost to camp, but you must bring your own camping equipment or RV, or choose from one of the rental options we listed on this page. There are bathrooms with hot showers & flushing toilets available on site, as well as electrical outlets that can be used to fill up air mattresses, charge cell phones, etc. Due to the nature of the event, camping areas will be split into General Camping & Quiet Camping to allow guests that don't want to hear the festivities all night to sleep further away from the fun. Glamping

We know a lot of our guests will be flying in for our wedding but may want to camp. We are working with a rental company that will ship everything to the campground from a tent to a tent, air mattress, bedding, lantern, etc. Tent rentals for two people start at $109 and full camping packages start at $240 for the entire weekend and that includes shipping both ways. There are larger tents also available. Please use the below link to see the different options and what they include, the one we mentioned above and recommend the most is the "Acadia." Please contact Whitney directly once you decide which option you would like so that she can coordinate the rental with the company for you. If you choose one of these packages it will be waiting for you at the campground when you arrive. You can either set it up and take it down yourself or pay an extra fee to have everything done for you.

Recreational Vehicles

RVs are allowed at Doe Lake Campground! We have found three different resources for renting RVs in the Central Florida area. The one we recommend the most is RVShare. It's similar to Air BnB in that it features private owners renting their personal RVs at very competitive prices. There are several options near Doe Lake and many offer reasonable deliver & set-up packages as well as discounts to have unlimited generator use over the weekend instead of paying by the hour. There are no water or electrical hook-ups available for wedding guests, so make sure any RV selected has a full generator and a full water tank. (There is a single water hook-up that an RV can be pulled up to to refill their water tank in the event they run out before the end of the weekend.) Camping is available from Friday, 11/9 - Monday 11/12. We ask that everyone who is camping be setup by 3PM on Saturday and vacating the grounds by 3PM on Monday. Please wait until after the ceremony to set your campsite up if you are not able to arrive in time to setup before the ceremony but would still like to camp. ALL ROOMS HAVE BEEN FILLED! This a beautiful historical home that we have rented for the weekend. There are still a couple rooms available. Each is decorated in it's own unique way and has it's own private bath and there is even a swimming pool for those who stay there!
