What is the Dress Code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day! Dress to impress with cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will be held outside so check the weather a plan your fashion accordingly.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name with you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by November 5th using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon has possible and RSVP “Not Attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 3:30pm. Please arrive at the property 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat!

Where do I park?
Answer
***Closer to the wedding the gate code will be added to this answer*** Past the gate and down a little drive, our wonderful hosts have a parking space to accommodate our guests at the top of the hill. Transportation will be offered down the hill but if you’re wearing comfortable shoes it’s a short walk!

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
This is an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a photographer and the bride has assigned certain people to take videos. Please silence and put away your phones. We want everyone to be fully present with us in that moment. Once the ceremony is over you are more than welcome to take all the photos and videos your heart desires!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, however no cocktails! We’re keeping it simple sugar. You can have beer, wine or a margarita! So the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you.

If I need a hotel room where do I book that? And when do I need to book it by?
Answer
If you go to the Travel tab in the menu above, all of the information about booking with Holiday Inn Express Fairfield is provided. We have a wedding block of rooms for Sam & Kevin’s Wedding available but the discount expires November 2nd! So get your accommodations sorted before November 2nd and you’ll be ready to party!

November 2nd! Please make any accommodation reservations with the Holiday Inn Express before November 2nd to get booked in our Wedding Block!
