What time does the ceremony begin?
Answer
The Ceremony begins at 330pm. Please allow yourself time to arrive, mingle, and be seated prior to the ceremony beginning.

Do you have a timeline available for guests?
Answer
We do! There will be flyers available at the venue on the day of the ceremony but we will give you a sneak peek here. 3:30 pm: Wedding Ceremony 4:15 pm: Cocktail hour 5:30 pm: Dinner (City BBQ...YUM) 6:30 pm: Bride/Groom first dance Father/Daughter dance Mother/Son dance Boquet toss Garter toss Cake cutting 7:00 pm: Party time! 9:45pm Bride/Groom send off 10:00 pm event ends.

Appetizers: cheese and cracker board fresh veggies and dip seasonal fruit and dip. Dinner pulled chicken beef brisket green beans smashed potatoes mac and cheese garden salad

Does the Venue have any specific rules?
Answer
Yes! here are a few of the most important reminders 1) no outside alcoholic Beveridge's (they will be available at the venue) 2) no smoking at the venue 3) no overnight parking (in the event of an emergency vehicle needs to be retrieved by 9am the following morning)

Yes...a rather unique one! check it out located next to the bar when you have time!

Question
Will there be transport between the wedding hotels and venues?
Answer
Yes! We are renting a large passenger van and will have a driver in place to shuttle guests from the wedding hotels to the venue and back at the end of the reception. Wedding hotel pickup times approximately 2pm, 230pm, 3pm (there will be some variation-times are approximate)

We are!!! to Costa Rica to enjoy the adventure, scenery, waterfalls, beaches, wildlife, and time together as husband and wife.
