Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us!

Kathy Kim

Matron of Honor

Kathy and I go way back to college. This "guh" knows how to tell some pretty entertaining stories. If you ask anyone that knows Kathy you'd know that this girl's life can practically be a reality TV show. "Keeping up with Kathy Kim". Jokes aside, Kathy is like a sister to me. She's always been there to give me life advice, cheer me up when I'm down, and most importantly, she will always keep it real. Kathy and I have so many memories through the years but my favorite one will always be the time we went snorkeling in Cabo for Linda's bachelorette trip. Kathy allowed me to hang onto her (because I can't swim). Even though I was half sinking and pulling her down with me she persisted to carry me around while admiring the fishes. What would I do without Kathy? :)

Jeoffery Lambujon

Best Man

Jeff is my brother! We grew up together, went to the same college, and eventually attempted to live together multiple times. Throughout our lives we have only grown closer. He has always looked out for me and tried to make sure I stayed out of trouble, unless it was something we were both getting in trouble together, HAHA! He is definitely the more responsible brother between the two of us. He keeps me updated on the latest tasty and trendy foods, plans all the details of our trips we take together and is always trying to give me good advice. Maybe one of these days I will finally take him up on his standing offer of working out together...maybe.

Angela Duong

Bridesmaid

Angela and I have been friends since High School. We met each other again Freshman Year at UT and became roommates throughout college. Angela is caring, funny, and has a big heart. I remember during my Junior Year of college, we were roommates and Angela decided to launch her "rap career" with her stage name "Big Mama A". There was even one time we took a day trip to Barton Springs and Angela busted out her speakers and played her song in the car with the windows down. Till this day as much as I won't admit this to Angela, I would totally jam out to Angela's mix. It was pretty catchy after all. I gotta give her credit, she was really creative in auto-tuning her soundtrack. I can always count on this girl to cheer me up. There is never a dull moment with Angela!

Tommy Budhijanto

Groomsman & Officiant

Tommy and I have been best friends for almost fifteen years. We have shared so many road trips and memories, but it all started once upon a time when we were both rushing for a fraternity. Somebody was pouring shots for us and Tommy kept taking his before we could cheers, so they had to keep filling his shot glass over and over. I remember thinking, "Who is this goofy dude?! Is this guy serious?" He must have taken five or six before he figured it out. We ended up brothers and have been best friends ever since. Tommy is still that same goofy dude and he can always find a way to make me laugh.

Silvia Duong

Bridesmaid

Silvia and I are cousins. We grew up together and I've always looked at her as my little sister. Over the years Silvia has continued to be my sounding board for a lot of things in life including very important decisions like what type of sweets I should try. You can always count on Silvia to know about the latest, trendiest pop-up food joint or sweet treat around town - this girl is always on the lookout :P Silvia is thoughtful, caring and sweet. My favorite memory of Silvia is that time I traveled to South Korea and while on the lookout for Kpop celebrities, Silvia was my phone-a-friend to the latest celebrity gossip. We ended up talking for hours and catching up while I was halfway across the world. She's always there for me and I'm thankful to have her in my life!

Benjamin Nguyen

Groomsman

Ben and I met a few years ago when we decided to live in the ratchet house together. I quickly determined that Ben was the most chill out of all my new roommates. We both had weird work schedules so we spent countless days enjoying lazy Sundays (everyday) on the couch while our other roommates' girlfriends would cook and clean up around us. We'd watch our roommates leave for work and when they would return we'd still be in the same exact spots on the couch. Nowadays Ben spends most of his time carrying me in games like Apex and Warzone and is responsible for many sleepless nights, thanks buddy!

Karen Duong

Bridesmaid

Karen is independent, smart, and caring. Karen and I are also cousins and growing up, Silvia, Karen and I spent a lot of time together. I have always looked at Karen as my little sister (though I will admit she's mature beyond her years). Growing up together, Karen always knew what she wanted and that became even more clear when she became a nurse. She's always looking out for others and has a heart of gold. I admire her passion and drive and I'm so glad to have her in my life. While we've had many memories throughout the years, my favorite has got to be the one time I helped Karen dye her hair red and it ended up turning orange instead. Karen didn't get mad or anything, she was just cool as a cucumber and rolled with it. She's also a pro-TikToker and knows a thing or two here!

Tin Nguyen

Groomsman

I met Tin through his wife Onanong. At first, I believed he was just some made up guy that did not exist. Turns out he was real! Tin is incredibly generous and offers his help however he can. Speaking of help, one of my favorite memories of him is when I visited them in Toronto for some snowboarding. We were on a training slope and he was on skis. He french-fried the whole way and eventually crashed into trees. I immediately snowboarded down and pulled him out. If you ask him though, he'll tell you no one ever came down to help pull him out while he was stuck waiting for us to show up, whoops!

Linda Nguyen

Bridesmaid

Linda is thoughtful, caring, and sweet. I met Linda my Sophomore Year of college. Throughout the years, Linda and I have been on many trips, concerts, and events together. My favorite memory of Linda is the time she and the rest of the girls visited me in Minnesota. We decided to take a day trip to ski the slopes. Linda was quickly a pro and mastered the bunny slopes. As Linda, Kathy and I took the ski lift up we decided we would ski back down to meet everyone. Linda's ski's had a mind of their own and took her off path and towards a row of trees. Linda quickly recovered and hopped back on like nothing happened. Linda is tough and resilient, her endurance and strength motivate me to be just like her! She's also a fellow dog mama and we have plans to run the 2022 full marathon together!

Duy Tran

Groomsman

Duy and I met one night somewhere in Bellaire. My first thought was, "Why is this dude dressed so nicely all the time?", but as soon as I found out he was as crazy as I was about poker, we became friends for life. Many nights have been spent trading hands back and forth. While Duy might not be as good as I am on the poker table, he is a far better chef. Whether it was the lobster rolls, chicken fried steaks he served up for a Christmas party once upon a time, or any of the other countless times he's cooked for me, they're all unforgettably delicious. I keep telling him he needs to open up that food truck.

Shalini Sarkar

Bridesmaid

Shalini and I met in high school. We got closer in college because we were neighbors in the Jester dorm (literally neighbors - Shalini lived next door to Angela and I). We also joined Sigmas together and got closer through the years. Shalini is ambitious, caring, and my most scholarly friend. I can always lean on Shalini to talk about our careers, life, and everything in between. My favorite memory of Shalini is that time I needed to drive my car up to Austin from Houston. At the time, I had a car that could literally fall apart, I had no A/C and was practically sweating bullets the whole way. Shalini drove her car and followed me the whole way. She even drove extra slow and kept an eye on me until we made it to Austin. I'm grateful for my friendship with Shalini!

Steven Thai

Groomsman

Have you met my friend Steven Thai? Ladies: He is single, a pretty good looking dude, and he can show you a great time! While we have known each other for awhile we became best friends when we lived together at the ratchet house. We have spent many nights watching as many baseball/basketball/football games as we could on all the monitors/tv's we could fit in the living room. I can always count on him for fantasy sports advice, how to eat the maximum at buffets, and how to win money at a casino. While we were busy going all in on the casino tables, Steven managed to always come home with money.

Pickles

Flower Dog

While Pickles won't be with us to celebrate our big day, she is such a big part of our lives. At 6 years young, she has all the energy in the world - she's never met a toy she didn't like and can play for hours! Pickles will be enjoying a vacation of her own on this weekend but will be with her hoomans in spirit.

Leo Lambujon

Ring Bearer

With an infectious laugh like no other, Little Leo can light up the room anywhere he goes. He loves phones, kisses, and hugs! Watch this stud muffin walk (or run) down the aisle on our big day!
