What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive starting at 6:00pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

The Round Hill Inn is recommended because that's where wedding transportation will be provided to and from. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, there will be transportation to and from the Round Hill Inn.

What time does the shuttle leave?

Answer

The shuttle leaves the hotel at 5:45pm to take guests to the wedding. The shuttle will pick-up guests from the wedding at either 10:00pm or 11:30pm to take them back to the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is on-site at Early Mountain. You can also decide to drive to the ceremony and take the shuttle back to the hotel. However, cars must be picked up on Saturday morning by 10:00am.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
