Where is the venue?
Answer
The venue is Into The Woods - about 20 minutes / 9 miles east of Big Bear Lake. Head East on Highway 18/Big Bear Blvd, the road will become Highway 38. Turn right onto Greenspot Blvd in about 6 miles, and after about 3 miles, the venue will be on the right (there is a sign at the entrance). Please see the Dropped Pin in the "Travel" section of the site for more accurate directions!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. If you are driving/carpooling, please arrive no later than 3:15pm for parking/seating. The shuttle will leave Robinhood Resort at 2:45pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is semi-formal. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as the ground is a forest floor (rocky/uneven)!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The average high temperature for this time of year in Big Bear is 70 degrees, and the average low is 45 degrees. The venue is fully outdoors - we recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The venue will only allow 40 cars for the ceremony/reception - we recommend taking the shuttle from Big Bear Village or carpooling!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will be having a shuttle to and from the wedding. It will be picking up in front of Robinhood resort at 2:45pm , and returning to the same location at 9:15pm.
