EMERALD GREEN & BLACK FORMAL ATTIRE

We were in San Antonio, Texas, celebrating Valentines together. Little did I know that Alex was planning a proposal on the iconic Selena bridge. However, we didn’t make it to the bridge since Alex couldn’t find it & he refused to let me in on his plan. (and I was complaining about my feet hurting) While I was regretting my choice of shoes he suggested we return to the car without revealing his original plan. As we walked back, we stumbled upon the Augusta street bridge & we took a moment to soak up the scenery (AKA rest). The garden was surrounded by chirping birds feasting on freshly laid food & surprisingly there was no one around. Suddenly, he knelt before me & asked me to be his wife. Stunned & overjoyed, I agreed and that’s when he unveiled his original plan to propose on the Selena bridge with me. We shared a good laugh realizing how close I had come to derailing my own proposal. In the end, the garden by the bridge surrounded by birds became the perfect setting to our love story’s next chapter. As usual, our journey to forever began in the most unexpected yet perfect way.
