To RSVP, click the RSVP Tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Friday, September 1st, 2023. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will have to be marked as a 'no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.
While we would love to see your little ones the ceremony and reception are limited to our ring bearers & flower girls. We hope that you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Yes, Double Tree has complimentary guest parking. Signs are posted at the entrance of the venue for the parking lot and parking structure.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Yes, Semi-Formal. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans, please! Also, prepare for the weather of about 72 during the day and 52 after sunset.

Please check out the “Things To Do” tab on our website. We encourage you to check out the amazing bars and sights that downtown Bay City has to offer before the reception begins at 500pm. We encourage you to check out 'Tavern 101' - great bar to grab a drink and quick bite!
The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) and the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
The Double Tree is offering rooms for our wedding guests at a discounted rate under the 'Walters-Nightingale Wedding'. You can leave your vehicle overnight at the venue and pick it up the next morning. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking. Let's Party!
