Hors D'oeuvres will include: A Rainbow Vegetable Platter with Pesto Hummus (Vegetarian & GF), and a Variety of Domestic and Imported Cheese with Wafers (Vegetarian). The Reception Buffet will include: Eight Assorted Salads, Seasonal Vegetables, Potatoes, and Freshly Baked Bread and Butter. Along with the main course of Rosemary Garlic Herb Chicken (Gluten Free) and Roast Beef Au Jus with Creamed Horseradish (Gluten Free) from the Carving Station.
