A fun indoor mini-golf course modeled after a turn-of-the-19th-Century hotel. Think of a less-spooky "Overlook Hotel" from The Shining / a Wes Anderson film, but where you can walk around with a cocktail and putt-putt! We recommend the Sunday Brunch & golf from 10-2.
This is where we had our first date! A free-admission art museum located in the heart of Richmond's Museum District, right on the Boulevard. Look for Jacquelyn's favorite painting: "Progress" by Asher Durand on the museum's second floor.
Hands down, our favorite soul food place in Richmond. Get the fried catfish!
What? A cemetery? This beautiful area is one of the few "Garden-style cemeteries" located in the US. Built to be both a public park and a place to honor the dead, Hollywood is a great place for a quiet afternoon walk, picnic, or to visit the graves of former US presidents John Tyler and James Monroe. You may find us walking Lucy here if you go!
A new take on the old school arcade! Enjoy an entire wall of pinball machines, and a floor filled with video games old and new. Those brave enough to challenge Jacquelyn in pop-a-shot or Trevor in NBA Jam are in for a rude awakening! Also within walking distance of the many breweries in the Scott's Addition neighborhood.
A fun and quirky little neighborhood of small shops and restaurants. Grab a cup of coffee at Sugar and Twine and enjoy your stroll up and down Cary St.
