Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything is at the resort. Please follow signs along the walking and driving paths. Ushers will also be on the property to help with directions.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Dressy casual. Examples: Men- collared shirts (polo or dress shirt) with slacks, no shorts or jeans. Women- Sundress, skirt/slacks with a top, no jeans.

What time should I arrive on Saturday?

Answer

We ask for guests to arrive no later than 4:15 pm on Saturday. This ensures that you get the best view and experience but will also help us start the ceremony as planned, keeping things stress-free and enjoyable for everyone. Please don't be that person and show up late!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the Resort?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle for the evening under the following schedule: #1 Pick up at hotel: 4pm Drop off at resort: 4:15pm #2 Pick up at resort: 9:30pm Drop off at hotel: 9:45pm #3 Pick up at resort: 11:30pm Drop off at hotel: 11:45pm

Where should I park on Saturday?

Answer

In the Guest Parking Lot. Please follow the signs leading into the resort for directions. There will also be ushers on the property to guide you where to park. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at our wedding if your guest number indicates them on your invitation. We wholeheartedly would love to celebrate with the entire family however our reception area is not able to accommodate all our guest's children. Please review your guest number before bringing the whole family.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Resort staff will also be driving golf carts around to assist any one with transportation needs on the property.
