FAQs

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us!
Question

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We have also included a URL on your wedding invite that you can use to bring you to our RSVP page!

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 3rd, you will be marked as "not attending. We would love to celebrate with you. However, we have provided an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please RSVP "Will NOT Attend" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVPed "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Sarah or Trent as soon as you are aware.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We ask that you would celebrate in style with us in Semi-formal Garden Party attire! For the ladies: Think of semi-formal summery dresses of any length, preferably light colors such as pink, blue, lavender, yellow, green, or florals. For the gentlemen: Think a dress shirt with an optional suit jacket or sports coat with slacks or khakis. A tie is optional. *Disclaimer: Most wedding venues will be on the grass. For women, we recommend not to wear stilettos or thin high heels.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue limitations, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. All invites will be made out to "Your Name,” and some will include “& Guest," meaning one plus-one has been allotted to you. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm, and we ask that you arrive and be in your seats no later than 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, leave us a message on our guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be let into the property's front gate and will have to wait until the reception to enter.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony; no phones or cameras are used until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you like!

Question

Will there be an open bar or drinks?

Answer

No. We will not have an open bar or alcoholic beverages during our reception. The only alcohol provided will be a glass of champagne during the reception for a toast to the bride and groom.
