Is there a dress code?

Answer

Business casual but we understand it is August and want you to be comfortable. Guys, feel free to wear nice shorts! It definitely needs to be something you can dance in!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By July 1st. We will be taking down the online RSVP on July 8th as we will be giving our caterer and coordinator final numbers so be sure to let us know if you’re able to make it before then!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so blessed to have everything we need in our lives! Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself but if you would like to contribute to our Honeymoon fund, we would be so appreciative. Any money we receive will be going towards excursions and activities in Alberta, Canada.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please contact Ryan Lane, who's contact information is in the Schedule tab. He can set you up with a room or Vacation Rental through Eagle Crest Resort and you will get our group discount.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For the night of the wedding, you can call a shuttle to take you to or from the venue to Eagle Crest Resort or any Vacation Rental.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will have vegetarian and gluten free options available.

What is the policy with phones and taking pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony because we want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, and be truly present in the moment with us. We are respectfully asking that everyone leave all cameras and cell phones off during the wedding ceremony. We want to see your faces in our pictures, not your devices. You are more than welcome to take pictures during the reception, we just ask that you be mindful of letting our photographers do their job. We promise to share our wedding photos with you afterward!
