We’re getting married!

Brooke and Frank met as students at Penn State, in December 2016, a few months before Brooke's graduation. Brooke told Frank about her plans to move to South Carolina for work in July, and despite this conflict looming in the near future, they quickly fell in love. A few months together at school, and two full years of long distance with lots of meeting halfway, Brooke and Frank's relationship stood the test of time and distance, and Frank moved to South Carolina in August of 2019. Soon after, they took the trip of a lifetime to Italy to celebrate Frank's graduation, along with Frank's parents. They explored Rome, Florence, and Venice. Once they returned home, they enjoyed the holidays up north, and welcomed their dog, Elton, into the family! Then in March of 2020, things got...interesting. Brooke and Frank survived working from home and spending every single moment of every single day together during COVID, mostly in their two-bedroom apartment. Frank didn’t let the pandemic cancel his plans of proposing to Brooke, and he did so during a candlelit dinner that they cooked together and enjoyed on their apartment balcony, to the complete surprise of Brooke. However, COVID delayed the production of the ring, so the first proposal was with a trinket ring from Amazon. During the “second proposal” after the real ring arrived, Frank surprised Brooke again with the help of their dog, Elton. Elton donned a name tag that asked “will you marry me?” and after Brooke read it, she turned to see Frank on his knee once again, this time with the gorgeous custom ring! She happily said yes both times! Brooke and Frank recently bought their first home, located in Summerville, SC, and they are so excited for the next big step in their journey together- marriage! They can't wait to see everyone at the wedding!
