Nice hotel in a good location. It is close to the brewery, but it would not be walking distance for most people. It is about .6 miles and you have to cross a bridge. I believe this hotel has a shuttle to the canal park area, but you would want to check with them, take an Uber, or drive.

Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth-Downtown, an IHG Hotel

I have stayed here more than once and have mixed reviews. First, it is a good location. However, the most recent time we stayed here (post pandemic) the hotel was not in the best shape - we had issues with plumbing, hot water, and the air conditioning. It wasn’t horrible but not great for the price we paid. Other than our room not being great for the price, it was fine. They have ample parking and are in the downtown area. You could walk to the brewery from here but it will be a longer walk.
