What time is the wedding?

Answer

We will start promptly at 5. If you are not seated by 5 PM, you’ll have to wait until after the ceremony to enter.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated no later than 4:45.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, it is a formal event. Suit and tie for men and long dresses for ladies. The bridesmaids will be in dark peacock teal dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if you rsvp’d with a plus one! If not, please have your date bring a chair and a sandwich :)

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It should be a very pleasant evening. The ceremony and reception will be fully outside. It’s not supposed to go below 50 degrees and wind should be minimal. A light coat is recommended and we will have lawn heaters around the tables. The space will be on a grassy lawn (ladies plan your shoes accordingly!).

What kind of music will there be?

Plan on a highly curated playlist of really fun West Coast Swing and rhythm dances!

Should I bring my dance shoes?

Answer

If you like! We will have a giant dance floor that will work for most shoes. It is a very slick floor and most street shoes would probably even work.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Sorry, we do not have shuttle set up.
