Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 3:30pm, to ensure a prompt ceremony start. A shuttle will be available from the Fairfield Inn & Suites for guests who wish to be transported to the venue. There is ample parking for those taking their own vehicles.
Cocktail/semi-formal wear. Bridesmaids will be wearing green and groomsmen will be in black with purple ties, if you want to avoid matching. Please keep in mind that, while in California, the venue itself is on the coast and temperatures on the day of the wedding will range between low 50s and low 70s. Bring at least one warm layer with you!

Sonoma County offers a wide variety of activities for all ages. Wine tasting, beaches, hiking, great food, antiquing, and more are abundant. Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Bodega Bay, and Petaluma are all cities near the venue with a plethora of activities to choose from!
Yes, kids are welcome, provided parents/guardians are willing and able to keep a close eye on them throughout the evening.
All guests will be required to have proof of vaccination against Covid-19 and should plan to get a negative Covid test before travel. The venue is 100% outdoors, so we will not be requiring masks at the wedding itself, but we do ask that guests take precautions while traveling to avoid spreading Covid to our more vulnerable guests.
